Built Around Alignment
Our philosophy is simple: if we take care of our patients, we’ll be taken care of. Solaire Vision is built around decisions that keep our priorities aligned with our patients.
For example, our optical consultants are not offered incentives. This lets their expertise guide each recommendation and keeps the focus on what serves our patients best. We take the same approach with technology. Wide-field retinal imaging gives our doctors a detailed view of the back of the eye, while a gentle handheld device checks eye pressure without the traditional air puff. These tools make our exams more comfortable, accurate, and efficient while also giving our doctors better information and making it easier to explain what they see.
Alignment is core to Solaire Vision, and we build it into every decision we make.
Raising the Standard
We believe people deserve better than the standard experience they’ve come to expect from eye care. That belief shapes how Solaire Vision is run and keeps us looking for ways to improve.
We pay close attention to what our patients and staff experience. Positive feedback tells us what’s working, while criticism often shows us where we can do better. That has led us to improve everything from the technology we use to the time we allow for exams and the way our offices are maintained.
There will always be another detail we can improve. Our job is to keep finding them.
Owner-Led, Every Day
Solaire Vision is locally owned, and our founders stay closely involved in the day-to-day practice. They work alongside our doctors and staff and stay close to what our patients actually experience.
One example is our eyewear quality standards. A pair of lenses can meet accepted lab standards and still not feel right to the person wearing them. If it isn’t good enough for our patient, it isn’t good enough for us. So we created our own internal standards that are even stricter.
That level of involvement gives us the ability to set a higher standard when we believe our patients deserve one.
